Este trabajo tiene como objetivo la planeación y construcción de una Biblioteca Pública en Huacho, Lima, Perú. El proyecto está pensando a futuro y el impacto que tendría en la comunidad, resolviendo necesidades básicas a través de diversas soluciones considerando aspectos como el medio ambiente, la sociedad, entre otras logrando que el contexto urbano donde se ubique no se vea amenazado por la nueva edificación. Asimismo, se plantea usar un lenguaje arquitectónico claro y fácil de identificar, articulándose y relacionándose con su contexto inmediato ya sea natural o urbano de esta manera se mimetizaría el edificio con el entorno. Por otro lado, se establecen parámetros que serán de ayuda para el diseño y construcción del edificio. Se tendrá en cuenta los puntos clave como la tecnología, materialidad, funcionalidad, emplazamiento. Consiguiendo una proyección aproximada de lo que se debe considerar. |

The project is thinking about the future and the impact it would have on the community, solving basic needs through various solutions considering aspects such as the environment, society, among others, ensuring that the urban context where it is located is not threatened by the new building. It is also proposed to use a clear and easy to identify architectural language, articulating and relating to its immediate context, whether natural or urban, to blend the building with its surroundings. On the other hand, parameters are established that will help in the design and construction of the building. Key points such as technology, materiality, functionality, and location will be considered.
