Esta nueva oportunidad de negocio, pretende atender a los sectores Lima Top y Lima Moderna, los cuales tienen capacidad adquisitiva para adquirir un servicio de almacenamiento audiovisual en una nube (cloud) que llamaremos “DHOM” con una capacidad inicial de grabación por 30 días lo cual podrá variar, dependiendo del plan elegido. De acuerdo al análisis del macro y micro entorno, la inversión estaría justificada, dado que la inseguridad que se vive en el país, es la principal problemática del gobierno local, central y nacional. Además, las personas han tomado sus propios métodos para enfrentar este mal, invirtiendo mucho más en su protección y prevención. El crecimiento sostenido del producto bruto interno per cápita de la población aumentaría 5%, lo cual quiere decir que las personas estarían en la posibilidad de gastar más. En ese sentido y teniendo en cuenta la inseguridad que va en aumento, se estima que las personas destinen parte de su presupuesto en herramientas de prevención y seguridad. Además, los estudios cualitativos, cuantitativos e investigación no convencional realizados en el trabajo de investigación demuestran la aceptación del servicio. Así, DHOM lanza al mercado este servicio con una estrategia de diferenciación en función a la calidad del servicio, su respuesta de post venta inmediata y atención técnica remota haciendo de DHOM la mejor experiencia y brindando la mayor tranquilidad para el cliente. Palabras clave: nube; atención remota; digital; seguridad.The research work aims to offer an alternative for people who require an additional digital theft prevention service for their home or business. This new business opportunity, aims to serve the Lima Top and Modern Lima sectors, which have the purchasing power to acquire an audiovisual storage service in a cloud that we will call “DHOM” with an initial recording capacity for 30 days which may vary, depending on the plan chosen. According to analysis of the macro and micro environment, the investment would be justified, given that the insecurity experienced in the country is the main problem of local, central and national government. In addition, people have taken their own methods to deal with this evil, investing much more in its protection and prevention. The sustained growth of the gross domestic product per capita of the population would increase by 5%, which means that people would be able to spend more. In that sense and taking into account the increasing insecurity, it is estimated that people allocate part of their budget in prevention and safety tools. In addition, qualitative, quantitative and unconventional research studies carried out in the research work show the acceptance of the service.
