La presencia de la pobreza y la débil calidad de vida en muchos sectores es un factor que afecta a sus ciudadanos y su desarrollo integral; creando de esa manera entornos hostiles de crecimiento que crean problemáticas tales como la inseguridad o la pérdida del tejido social. La propuesta de la creación de un Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario en el territorio de Comas busca atender una comunidad desatendida, con la finalidad de generar un espacio que integre a sus usuarios y brinde actividades que permitan el desarrollo de la persona en diversos niveles. Para lograr los objetivos propuestos es necesario tomar en cuenta un enfoque que permita las dinámicas urbanas y ciudadanas de sus habitantes en la cual existe una fuerte relación entre la calle y el hogar, por lo cual, por medio del análisis de proyectos referenciales ,teorías y conceptos, se debe proponer una infraestructura con un carácter que permita la adaptación del objeto arquitectónico con el lugar en todos sus aspectos, con un enfoque permeable que a su vez capte la esencia de sus ciudadanos y sus comportamientos.

The presence of poverty and the weak quality of life in many sectors is a factor that affects its citizens and their integral development; thus creating hostile growth environments that create problems such as insecurity or the loss of the social fabric. The proposal for the creation of a Community Development Center in the territory of Comas seeks to serve a neglected community, with the purpose of generating a space that integrates its users and provides activities that allow the development of the person at various levels.
