description El proyecto comprende un Centro Acuático y Recreativo en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. Este distrito es el más poblado de Lima, siendo más del 30% jóvenes menores a 30 años. El objetivo principal es brindar instalaciones que cumplan con la reglamentación correspondiente donde los niños y jóvenes aprendan a nadar. Asimismo, siendo el espacio deportivo el principal foco de atención se plantea alrededor de este, espacios públicos interiores y exteriores donde el visitante también puede estar. De esta manera, los espacios deportivos promueven el uso del espacio público para el habitante del distrito. Así, se busca dotar de equipamiento deportivo y espacios para estar al habitante del distrito en general. El edificio se presenta, por un lado, con una fachada bastante ortogonal y fácil de identificar. En cambio, por la parte posterior donde la escala urbana disminuye, se puede distinguir mayor fluidez entre el interior y exterior, haciendo que el parque tome mayor protagonismo.

This district is the most populated in Lima, with more than 30% young people under 30 years old. The main objective is to provide facilities that comply with the corresponding regulations where children and young people learn to swim. Also, being the sports space the main focus of attention arises around this, indoor and outdoor public spaces where the visitor can also be. In this way, the sports spaces promote the use of public space for the inhabitant of the district. This way, it seeks to provide sports equipment and public spaces to be for the inhabitant of the district. The building is presented, on one hand, with a facade that is quite orthogonal and easy to identify.
