Sin embargo, se presentan además algunos trabajos realizados en otros usos como comercio y vivienda. Se desarrollan tres proyectos detalladamente, los cuales corresponden a tres consultorías desarrolladas en distintas etapas. La primera corresponde a una consultoría sobre una planta industrial que desaprobó la Inspección Técnica de Seguridad en Edificaciones (ITSE). La segunda corresponde a una evaluación preventiva de las condiciones de seguridad de una planta industrial antes de solicitar una ITSE. La tercera corresponde a una asesoría, en materia de seguridad, a un estudio proyectista durante la etapa de diseño de un centro de salud. Los proyectos presentados evidencian la importancia de la materia de seguridad en el oficio del arquitecto.

The projects consist mainly of life safety and egress consulting and development of technical files in industrial buildings. However, some projects of other uses, such as commerce and housing, are also presented. Three projects are presented in detail, which correspond to three consultancies developed in different stages. The first one corresponds to a consultancy on an industrial building that disapproved the Technical Inspection of Safety in Buildings. The second one corresponds to a preventive evaluation of an industrial building safety conditions before requesting an inspection. The last one corresponds to a consultancy, in terms of safety and egress, to a design firm during the early design stages of a health center.
