El presente trabajo comprende el desarrollo de 10 proyectos en los cuales se detallan los trabajos realizados encomendados por las entidades privadas en las cuales el autor ha laborado. En su mayoría, los proyectos han sido de tipo residenciales que fueron desarrollados desde el inicio con el arquitecto proyectista en conjunto con los ingenieros especialistas, se elaboraron los expedientes técnicos, y se absolvieron las observaciones de las comisiones municipales hasta obtener la Licencia de Edificaciones. De manera detallada se sustentará tres proyectos. Un edificio multifamiliar, el cual fue un proyecto nuevo y actualmente se encuentra construido, el siguiente es un hotel de 3 estrellas que empezó desde anteproyecto y actualmente se encuentra en construcción; finalmente se presentará el último proyecto en el cual me encuentro laborando, nuevamente una edificación multifamiliar, esta vez con certificación EDGE, actualmente en construcción. Los proyectos expuestos dan evidencia de lo aprendido durante la carrera en la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería y con los cuales se deja constancia de la capacidad como profesional en el ámbito de la arquitectura. |

Most of the projects have been of a residential type that were developed from the beginning with the designer architect in conjunction with the specialist engineers, the technical files were prepared, and the observations of the municipal commissions were acquitted up to obtaining the Building License. Three projects will be unfolding in detail. A multi-family building, which was a new project and is currently being built, the next is a 3-star hotel that started from a preliminary project and is currently under construction; Finally, the last project in which I am working will be presented, again a multi family building, this time with EDGE certification, currently under construction.
