La Provincia Constitucional del Callao está fuertemente ligada al futuro del Perú; ya que es la puerta de ingreso y salida del país. El proyecto de intervención urbana de los Barracones está ubicado en el Callao y tiene como principal motivo atender y mejorar esta zona vulnerable, deteriorada y de alto nivel de criminalidad; aprovechando sus condiciones excepcionales de ubicación estratégica como su cercanía con el mar, el centro histórico, el Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez, el Puerto del Callao y el distrito de La Punta (el cual posee residencias de clase media y casonas de gran valor histórico). Además, cuenta con importantes proyectos a nivel metropolitano como la culminación de la Vía Costa Verde que une el distrito de Chorrillos con el distrito de La Punta en 20 minutos. Con el fin de convertir a nuestro país en un el lugar de importantes eventos y convenciones a nivel mundial, el proyecto urbano incluirá infraestructura deportiva, comercial, cultural, turística y hotelera. Es en este contexto que se inserta el proyecto Hotel 5 estrellas, el cual proporcionará un valor agregado a la ciudad, cumpliendo con el objetivo de satisfacer los estándares de servicio en la industria hotelera mediante el fomento y desarrollo del sector turístico y empresarial. Cabe resaltar que el diseño de un hotel, además de estar enfocado en los turistas, también lo está en sus ciudadanos; ya que una ciudad amable y acogedora con sus habitantes, también lo será para todos los que la visiten. |
