En el terreno ubicado junto a la Villa Panamericana de Villa el Salvador en el cruce de las avenidas 01 de Mayo y Av. Pastor Sevilla, en el Departamento de Lima se propone un Centro de Convenciones y Exposiciones, complementado además con un Auditorio y por un conjunto de tiendas comerciales y agencias bancarias en el primer nivel. Tiene un área de terreno de 9500 m2, con un área techada de más de 45 000m2, con 27 metros de altura y proveerá de equipamiento para convenciones sectoriales y locales, exposiciones, conferencias, Ferias, Encuentros empresariales y eventos de índole familiar y local. El Centro de Convenciones y Exposiciones de Lima Sur posee espacios públicos a partir de su ubicación ya que tiene una plaza por el Norte, un Parque Recreacional por el sur y por el Oeste cuenta con un Anfiteatro; de tal modo que los usuarios al salir del edificio pueden disfrutar de la dinámica urbana que se genera en las tres orientaciones. De esta manera se logra brindar a los usuarios y al ciudadano del Sector Lima Sur, espacios públicos concertados los cuales puedan realizar actividades de recreación pasiva y activa, siendo estos espacios un regalo al Sector la cual en la actualidad carece de los mismos. |

Pastor Sevilla, in the Department of Lima a Convention and Exhibition Center is proposed, also complemented by an Auditorium and a set of comercial stores and banking agencies in the first level. It has a land area of 9500 m2, with a covered area of more than 45 000m2, with 27 meters high and will provide equipment for sectoral and local conventions, exhibitions, conferences, fairs, business meetings and family and local events. The Convention and Exhibition Center of Lima Sur has public spaces from its location as it has a plaza in the North, a Recreational Park in the south and in the West has an Amphitheater; in such a way that the users when leaving the building can enjoy the urban dynamics that is generated in the three orientations.
