La presente tesis expone la implementación de un plan para la supervisión de una estación de la Línea 2 del Metro de Lima haciendo uso de las herramientas digitales Miro y Airtable en conjunto con la tecnología BIM para mejorar el servicio de supervisión de obras durante la ejecución de las obras civiles del proyecto. En el capítulo N°1 es un capítulo introductorio donde se da a conocer el planteamiento del problema general y los problemas específicos que abordaremos y responderemos al realizar la presente investigación, así como los objetivos necesarios para poder dar respuesta a los problemas, también se plantea la hipótesis general e hipótesis específicas que buscan predecir las consecuencias futuras de la implementación de la investigación. El capítulo N°2 aborda el marco teórico y conceptual necesario para poder entender el desarrollo y explicación de los siguientes capítulos de la investigación. El capítulo N°3 describe la presentación el del plan propuesto de la supervisión de obras de las estaciones, también la explicación de los procesos y herramientas que intervienen en la propuesta a partir del uso de flujogramas de trabajo. En el capítulo N°4 se desarrolla el caso de estudio donde se implementará la propuesta, así que la presente tesis desarrolla el caso de una estación de la Línea 2 del Metro de Lima, también el respectivo presupuesto y cronograma del proyecto. En el capítulo N°5 se explica la implementación de la propuesta a medida que se desarrolla el proceso constructivo de la estación de la Línea 2 del Metro de Lima clasificándolos según las partidas del presupuesto para determinar las valorizaciones y avances físicos del proyecto. El capítulo N°6 describe el análisis de los resultados obtenidos al finalizar la implementación y la discusión respecto a las bibliografías analizadas para el desarrollo de la presente tesis. Finalmente, se registran las conclusiones del trabajo de tesis que responden a las problemáticas especificas planteadas en el capítulo N°1 la investigación, y las respectivas recomendaciones. |

Chapter N°1 is an introductory chapter where the general problem statement and the specific problems that we will address and respond to when carrying out this research are presented, as well as the necessary objectives to be able to respond to the problems. the general hypothesis and specific hypotheses that seek to predict the future consequences of the implementation of the research. Chapter N°2 addresses the theoretical and conceptual framework necessary to understand the development and explanation of the following chapters of the research. Chapter N°3 describes the presentation of the proposed plan for the supervision of station works, as well as the explanation of the processes and tools involved in the proposal based on the use of work flow charts. Chapter N°4 develops the case study where the proposal will be implemented, so this thesis develops the case of a station for Line 2 of the Lima Metro, as well as the respective budget and schedule of the project. Chapter N°5 explains the implementation of the proposal as the construction process of the station for Line 2 of the Lima Metro develops, classifying them according to budget items to determine the valuations and physical progress of the project. Chapter N°6 describes the analysis of the results obtained at the end of the implementation and the discussion regarding the bibliographies analyzed for the development of this thesis.
