La metodología para este estudio corresponde a un enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño no experimental del tipo descriptivo – correlacional, donde se tomó una población infinita, aplicándose como muestra a 384 mujeres millennials, para ello se aplicó la técnica encuesta para conseguir la información mediante un cuestionario estructurado y previamente validado. Como resultado de la investigación, se obtuvo que la inseguridad laboral se relaciona negativamente con el bienestar financiero. Es decir, que a mayor inseguridad laboral habrá menor bienestar financiero. Asimismo, a nivel de dimensiones hay una correlación negativa. Estos resultados confirman los avances de la teoría vigente.
