Resalta la importancia de tener niveles adecuados de hierro en las mujeres gestantes para la salud de la madre como para el hijo, por lo que muestra posibles alternativas, en base a alimentos específicos y/ suplementos, para que el hierro en sangre de las gestantes sea el adecuado.
