description El presente trabajo de investigación titulado El cuadro de asignación de personal y la gestión municipal de la municipalidad distrital de Andahuaylillas, provincia de Quispicanchi, Región Cusco, 2018 se desarrolló a fin de evaluar el cuadro de asignación de la municipalidad y la gestión municipal, el problema del trabajo de investigación fue ¿en qué medida se relaciona el cuadro de asignación de personal y la gestión municipal de la municipalidad distrital de Andahuaylillas, provincia de Quispicanchi, Región Cusco, 2018?, como objetivo principal fue determinar en qué medida se relaciona el cuadro de asignación de personal y la gestión municipal de la municipalidad distrital de Andahuaylillas, provincia de Quispicanchi, región Cusco, 2018, la hipótesis general de la investigación fue el cuadro de asignación de personal se relaciona significativamente con la gestión municipal de la municipalidad distrital de Andahuaylillas, provincia de Quispicanchi, Región Cusco, 2018, el desarrollo de la presente investigación fue de tipo de investigación aplicada, de nivel correlacional, del diseño de investigación no experimenta, la población y la muestra estuvieron conformados por el personal administrativo de la Municipalidad Distrital de Andahuaylillas en un total de 34 servidores públicos, la técnica utilizada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta, mientras que el instrumento fue el cuestionario.
