description El problema de investigación fue la falta de publicidad de la sucesión intestada vía notarial para garantizar el apersonamiento de herederos, considerando como unidad de estudio a los abogados especializados en derecho notarial y registral. La investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer la manera en la que la publicidad garantiza el apersonamiento de herederos en la sucesión intestada vía notarial, Piura, 2023; se ha utilizado una metodología de tipo aplicada, de enfoque cualitativo y de diseño no experimental. La técnica fue la entrevista, considerando como instrumento la guía de entrevista. Obtuvo como resultado que las medidas necesarias para incrementar el apersonamiento de herederos mediante la publicidad en la sucesión intestada, las cuales son la publicidad a través de medios digitales como la página del notario, y las redes sociales como Facebook, instagram, entre otras. Se concluye que la publicidad garantiza el apersonamiento de herederos en la sucesión intestada vía notarial, pues es una herramienta esencial y efectiva para informar a posibles herederos sobre una sucesión intestada, no garantiza por sí sola el apersonamiento de todos los herederos.
