Fue una investigación de tipo no experimental, de diseño transaccional correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 323 colaboradores en sus diferentes modalidades de contratación (D.L n.° 728, CAS y SNP) quienes realizan trabajo presencial, mixto o remoto. Entre los resultados se encontró que para el 74% de los colaboradores, la Entidad no reconoce y valora el esfuerzo del trabajo que realiza diariamente. Para el 65% que realizan trabajo en la modalidad mixto y presencial, la Entidad no entrega permanentemente implementos y/o equipos de protección personal (EPP) para la realización de sus labores. El 76% de los colaboradores que realizan trabajo mixto y presencial manifestaron que la Entidad no realiza regularmente pruebas de descarte para la detección del virus de la COVID-19.
