En la presente tesis se realizó el anteproyecto de un hotel resort temático de la cultura Paracas, cuyo propósito fue solventar la creciente demanda turística y la insuficiente infraestructura hotelera del distrito de Paracas, añadiendo también formas, colores, y volúmenes que integren y fomenten la cultura Paracas con el turista. Se realizó un análisis de los estudios sobre el turismo en la zona por distintas fuentes para posteriormente fabricar una proyección de los años siguientes, lo que indico la necesidad del anteproyecto. Los resultados de las proyecciones indicaron que el crecimiento de visitantes para el año 2020 sería de 1 millón de turistas entre nacionales y extranjeros, capacidad que el distrito de Paracas no está preparado para recibir. Por lo tanto, se planteó la proyección de un hotel que permita suplir la necesidad de alojamientos existentes durante el año, así como también en las fechas de mayor incidencia turística |
