description Se ha elaborado la investigación titulada Gestión municipal y participación ciudadana en la municipalidad provincial de Chanchamayo, 2022, en el cual su problema fue ¿Qué relación existe entre la gestión municipal y la participación ciudadana en la municipalidad provincial de Chanchamayo, 2022, persiguió el objetivo de establecer la relación que existe entre la gestión municipal y la participación ciudadana en la municipalidad provincial de Chanchamayo, para el logro de los objetivos se empleó el método científico, de tipo basica, de nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental, tomando en cuenta una muestra no experimental conformado por 43 trabajadores de la misma entidad, es así, que se determinó la hipótesis en que menciona que existe relación directa entre la gestión municipal y la participación ciudadana, obteniendo finalmente un 0,998 de relación entre la gestión municipal y la participación ciudadana, por lo que se concluyó que una gestión municipal adecuada se podrá mejorar la participación ciudadana tomando en cuenta que debe ser siempre de manera transparente.
