description El comienzo de la tesis aborda la cuestión ¿Qué correlación hay entre el control interno y la gestión de la Municipalidad Distrital de Perené, en el año 2022?, y el propósito es: Establecer qué correlación hay entre el control interno y la gestión de la Municipalidad Distrital de Perené, en el año 2022. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación en este sentido, se optó por una tesis básica, correlacional y no experimental; para el recojo de la data se usó el cuestionario y la ficha dirigidos a un grupo de 126 funcionarios. Como desenlace conclusivo, se constató una correlación positiva, directa y significativa entre ambas variables, en el año 2022, respaldado por un (rho = 0.726**) y (p = 0.000). Motivo por el cual, se sugiere compartir este documento con directores y funcionarios de la municipalidad, para que reconozcan la correspondencia existente, y a partir de ello, tomar acciones favorables.
