description En el desarrollo de la investigación, es debido a que la autora le nace por la transmisión de la información que nace en la actualidad por el sistema de internet, , Por lo que la información que se encuentra en el sistema de internet, en la actualidad necesita un control dentro del aspecto de la suministración de información computarizados, es por ello que en Europa se inició la existencia del derecho al olvido, el mismo que podemos señalar, que el derecho al olvido es reconocido como un derecho constitucional que le asiste a la persona que se considere afectada por la información, sin embargo, es necesario establecer de qué manera viene reconociéndose el derecho del olvido en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano. Por lo que el objetivo de la presente investigación es Determinar de qué manera viene reconociendo el derecho al olvido de los datos personales en el internet en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano. Por ello mediante el uso de los buscadores de sistema de información y navegadores se viene remitiendo información que incluso vulnera el derecho de la intimidad de la personas y en nuestro sistema judicial, el derecho al olvido de los datos personales en el internet en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano, se viene reconociendo en dos vías, una administrativa mediante Ley de Protección de datos personales y una judicial mediante el proceso de habeas data, generando un doble pronunciamiento sobre una misma pretensión, siendo necesaria su reconocimiento expreso para establecer un tratamiento idóneo y efectivo
