Este proyecto de tesis denominado centro deportivo, recreacional y cultural municipal en el distrito de Paiján, parte de la necesidad de mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad, fomentando la integración deportiva, recreacional y cultural de las familias. De tal manera que se planteó una tipología multifuncional de carácter recreativo, deportivo y cultural que va de la mano con la Flexibilidad de los espacios, consiguiendo un equipamiento multifuncional que se caracteriza por combinar múltiples actividades que se desarrollaran en su interior. Es decir, que este tipo de equipamiento puede ser tan diverso como una ciudad, puede tener diversidad en sus usuarios, en sus usos y en su tiempo. De esta forma la zonificación dentro del proyecto está determinada de tal manera que no exista confusión en el usuario a la hora de buscar el ambiente adecuado para realizar sus actividades en el día, asegurando un buen desarrollo de las actividades, y considerando armonizar la relación entre el equipamiento y la ciudad |
