description En marzo del 2020 el Gobierno del Perú, mediante Decreto Supremo N° 044- 2020-PCM, se declaró el estado de emergencia nacional por las graves circunstancias que afectan la vida de la nación a consecuencia del brote del SARS CoV-2 (Covid-19), limitando el libre tránsito de las personas y paralizando las principales actividades económicas del país. Por lo que en el presente desarrollo de esta tesis evaluaremos los impactos en tiempo, plazos y económicos al presupuesto principal y calendarios de obra, analizaremos los dispositivos legales motivo del estado de emergencia, revisión de la documentación técnica del proyecto en estudio y finalmente realizaremos comparativos de las variaciones del presupuesto y cronogramas de obra, en la obra Mejoramiento del Servicio Institucional de la Sede Central del Gobierno Regional de Tacna 2021
