Resultados: La preeclampsia severa es factor asociado a injuria renal aguda en gestantes con un odds ratio de 3.3 el cual fue significativo. El síndrome de HELLP es factor asociado a injuria renal aguda en gestantes con un odds ratio de 4.9 el cual fue significativo. La hemorragia postparto es factor asociado a injuria renal aguda en gestantes con un odds ratio de 6.1 el cual fue significativo. La sepsis puerperal es factor asociado a injuria renal aguda en gestantes con un odds ratio de 10.7 el cual fue significativo. Conclusiones: La Preeclampsia severa, el Síndrome de HELLP, la Hemorragia postparto y la Sepsis puerperal son factores asociados a injuria renal aguda en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo.

Results: Severe preeclampsia is associated with acute kidney injury in pregnant women with an odds ratio of 3.3 which was significant factor. HELLP syndrome is associated with acute kidney injury in pregnant women with an odds ratio of 4.9 which was significant factor. Postpartum hemorrhage is associated with acute kidney injury in pregnant women with an odds ratio of 6.1 which was significant factor. Puerperal sepsis is associated with acute kidney injury in pregnant women with an odds ratio of 10.7 which was significant factor.
