El desarrollo de la presente investigación tiene como problema ¿De qué manera ha influido la regulación de los apátridas en sus derechos y obligaciones dentro del Perú?, la misma que tiene como hipótesis que El Perú al no adherirse a normas internacionales como los convenios sobre los apátridas ha llevado a impedir a estos a obtener la nacionalidad peruana y por ende no va poder ejercer sus derechos fundamentales como es el derecho a la nacionalidad, como también cumplir con sus obligaciones como ciudadano peruano. Se plantearon objetivos a lograr tales como Determinar la influencia de la regulación de los apátridas en sus derechos y obligaciones en el Perú, así como determinar la regulación existente sobre los apátridas, explicar las causales por lo que las personas apátridas no pueden obtener su derecho a que se les otorgue una identidad, en este caso la nacionalidad peruana, explicar el perjuicio a las personas apátridas a consecuencia de la no adhesión a los convenios, determinar los efectos de la adhesión a los Convenios internacionales existentes sobre los Apátridas. Así mismo, esta investigación ha sido justificada debidamente tomando en cuenta criterios de conveniencia, relevancia social, Implicancias prácticas y valor teórico. Se tomó este tema a tratar debido a la gran problemática que representa este y a la importancia de regular adecuadamente la adquisición de la nacionalidad en el Perú. |

Targets were raised to achieve such as determine the influence of the regulation of stateless persons in their rights and obligations in Peru , as well as determine the existing regulation on stateless , explain the grounds on which stateless people can not get their right to being granted an identity, in this case the Peruvian national, explain the harm to stateless persons as a result of non-adherence to agreements , to determine the effects of adherence to existing international Conventions on stateless Persons . Furthermore, this research has been justified due consideration criteria of convenience, social relevance , theory and practical implications . This topic took to treat because of the great problems posed by this and the importance of properly regulating the acquisition of citizenship in Peru.
