Se observó una relación significativa (p < 0.05) entre el trato recibido por el profesional durante el parto humanizado y la satisfacción de las puérperas, con un 40.9% de ellas reportando satisfacción con el trato. En cuanto a la elección de la posición durante el parto, no se encontró relación significativa (p > 0.05) con la satisfacción de las puérperas, siendo un 49.1% quienes calificaron esta elección como regular y manifestaron una satisfacción media. Además, se halló una relación significativa (p < 0.05) entre el acompañamiento durante el parto y la satisfacción, observándose que el 49.1% de las puérperas evaluó este aspecto como regular, pero se declaró satisfechas. Finalmente, se identificó una relación significativa (p < 0.05) entre el manejo del dolor durante el parto humanizado y la satisfacción de las puérperas, siendo el 54.5% quienes calificaron el manejo del dolor como regular y expresaron satisfacción con el mismo. Estos resultados corresponden a las puérperas atendidas en el Centro de Salud Materno Infantil Melvin Jhones, Alto Trujillo, 2024. CONCLUSIONES: No existe relación significativa (p>0.05) entre la percepción del parto humanizado y la satisfacción de las puérperas del Centro de Salud Materno Infantil Melvin Jhones - Alto Trujillo, 2024

An observational, cross- sectional, descriptive relationship study was conducted, including 110 postpartum women. A significant relationship (p < 0.05) was observed between the care provided by the professional during humanized childbirth and the satisfaction of the postpartum women, with 40.9% of them reporting satisfaction with the care. Regarding the choice of position during childbirth, no significant relationship (p > 0.05) was found with the satisfaction of the postpartum women, with 49.1% rating this choice as regular and expressing medium satisfaction. Additionally, a significant relationship (p < 0.05) was found between the accompaniment during childbirth and satisfaction, with 49.1% of the postpartum women evaluating this aspect as regular but reporting satisfaction. Finally, a significant relationship (p < 0.05) was identified between pain management during humanized childbirth and satisfaction, with 54.5% of the women rating pain management as regular and expressing satisfaction with it.
