La muestra estuvo constituida por 162 madres adolescentes que asistieron al servicio de Maternidad del Hospital Belén de Trujillo, para la recolección de datos se utilizaron dos instrumentos, una encuesta para medir el nivel de estrés percibido de la madre adolescente y una guía de observación de la formación vínculo afectivo del recién nacido. Se encontró que el 16.0 % de las madres tuvieron un nivel de estrés leve, el 71.6 % moderado y el 12.3 % un nivel severo, además 74.1% tuvieron un nivel de vínculo afectivo adecuado y el 25.9% un nivel de vínculo afectivo inadecuado. Existe relación significativa entre el nivel de estrés percibido de la madre adolescente y vínculo afectivo del recién nacido (P = 0.0002), esto se obtuvo aplicando la prueba Chi-Cuadrado de independencia de criterios.

Hospital Belen de Trujillo, 2017.
