description La presente investigación titulada Conocimiento y aplicación de la lista de Cirugía segura en enfermeras de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Virgen de la Puerta 2023. Se orientó con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y su aplicación de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura en las enfermeras del Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital de Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta 2023. Por otro lado, es una investigación básica y relacional. Presenta un diseño descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra de estudio estuvo constituida por 29 enfermeras. La técnica de recojo fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario para el conocimiento y la observación con el instrumento de lista de cotejo para cirugía segura; los cuales cuentan con una confiabilidad en el alfa de Cronbach de 0,947 para el cuestionario y 0,971 para la lista de cotejo, concluyendo que ambos instrumentos son altamente confiables. Los hallazgos demuestran que las enfermeras, en el conocimiento sobre la lista de verificación de cirugía segura 82.8% posee conocimiento bueno, 17.2% en regular. Así mismo, en la lista de verificación de cirugía segura 86.2% de las enfermeras se ubican en la aplicación correcta y 13.8% en incorrecto. Finalmente, en relación a la hipótesis general se obtuvo el valor de p= 0.000 (p<0.05). Es decir, se rechaza la hipótesis nula (Ho) y se acepta la hipótesis de investigación (Hi). En conclusión, se demuestra que existe relación significativa entre el conocimiento y su aplicación de la lista de verificación de cirugía segura en las enfermeras del Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital de Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta 2023

It was oriented with the objective of determining the relationship between knowledge and its application of the safe surgery checklist. in the nurses of the Surgical Center of the Virgen de la Puerta 2023 High Complexity Hospital. On the other hand, it is a basic and relational research. It presents a cross-sectional correlational descriptive design. The study sample consisted of 29 nurses. The collection technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire for knowledge and observation, that the instrument is applicable in the study and a reliability in Cronbach's alpha of 0.947 for the questionnaire and 0.971 for the checklist, concluding that both instruments are highly reliable. .
