description El Laboratorio de Referencia Regional de la Liberad forma parte de la red Nacional de laboratorios del Perú hace 25 años, es quien se encarga de liderar las actividades de diagnóstico, realiza la vigilancia laboratorial de enfermedades prevalentes, promueve y ejecuta investigaciones con impacto en la Salud Pública e impulsa el desarrollo de capacidad al diagnóstico de su Red Regional mediante la transferencia tecnológica y control de calidad, siendo un órgano de fundamental importancia para la salud pública de la Libertad en la actualidad no cuenta con una infraestructura adecuada ya que no cumple con las condiciones mínimas de funcionalidad, seguridad, confort, antropometría de acuerdo a su nivel de bioseguridad, por ello se realizó una investigación descriptiva dando como resultado la propuesta de un proyecto factible ya que se encuentra contemplado dentro del plan de desarrollo regional y tiene como finalidad aumentar la calidad en la atención a los establecimientos de salud de la jurisdicción y a la población en general, cumpliendo con todas normas de bioseguridad y asepsia. Así mismo reducir la demanda que existe en el perfil epidemiológico de la Región La libertad. Se trabajó en conjunto con parte del personal que labora en el actual laboratorio de Referencia Regional, por ello se puede asegurar la calidad y funcionalidad del proyecto.

It is in charge of leading diagnostic activities, performs laboratory surveillance of prevalent diseases, promotes and executes research with an impact on Health. Public and promotes the development of capacity to diagnose its Regional Network through technology transfer and quality control, being an organ of fundamental importance for the public health of Liberty currently does not have an adequate infrastructure since it does not comply with the minimum conditions of functionality, safety, comfort, anthropometry according to its level of biosecurity, therefore a descriptive investigation was carried out resulting in the proposal of a feasible project since it is contemplated within the regional development plan and aims to increase the quality in the attention to the establishments of health of the jurisdiction and the general population, complying with all biosecurity and aseptic standards.
