Los instrumentos utilizados fueron, el Test de Escala de Clima Laboral de Sonia Palma, y la Escala de Motivación Laboral-ORG. Finalmente, el estudio realizado mostro que no siempre existe una estrecha relación entre dos variables que poseen muchas características en común como lo son El Clima Organizacional y la Motivación Laboral.
