description La presente investigación titulada Herramientas Lean Manufacturing y su incidencia en la productividad de la fabricación de polos en Confecciones D’Lis, Trujillo – 2024, tiene como finalidad incrementar la productividad de la producción de polos, para tal efecto, se realizó un diagnóstico del proceso productivo, identificando cada operación de la línea de polos y los tiempos de estas operaciones, así mismo se identificó materiales usados, las máquinas, elementos innecesarios dentro de las áreas de producción, tiempos de cambios, etc. Se utilizó diagramas como el VSM, el cual sirvió para analizar el Lead Time, así pudiendo comparar este tiempo con el Tack Time, llegando a comprobar que existía una significativa diferencia, la cual impedía llegar a la meta diaria de polos producidos; para mejorar la situación se identificó las operaciones críticas, sobre las cuales se implementarían los cambios, luego del análisis se pudo identificar 3 operaciones críticas: bordado, estampado y corte; con la identificación de estas operaciones se pudo analizar las posibles herramientas del Lean Manufacturing que resolverían los problemas presentados; luego de elegir las herramientas adecuadas se pudo desarrollar cada una de estas en la respectiva operación; con el desarrollo de las herramientas se apreció una mejora en el Lead Time es cual cambio a 20.5 minutos, de esta manera la nueva producción diaria será de 34 polos, adicional a esto se pudo determinar un incremento del 21.81% en la productividad de la empresa; de esto se puede concretar que el uso de las herramientas de Lean Manufacturing en la empresa si logró cumplir con el objetivo general el cual es incrementar la productividad en la producción de polos en la empresa Confecciones D’Lis.

To this end, a diagnosis of the production process was carried out, identifying each operation of the polo line and the times of these operations, likewise, used materials, machines, unnecessary elements within the production areas, changeover times, etc. were identified. Diagrams such as the VSM were used to analyze the Lead Time, thus being able to compare this time with the Tack Time, finding that there was a significant difference, which prevented reaching the daily goal of produced polo shirts; To improve the situation, critical operations were identified, on which changes would be implemented, after the analysis, 3 critical operations could be identified: embroidery, printing and cutting; With the identification of these operations, it was possible to analyze the possible Lean Manufacturing tools that would solve the problems presented; After choosing the appropriate tools, each of these could be developed in the respective operation; With the development of the tools, an improvement in lead time was observed, which changed to 20.5 minutes, allowing daily production to reach 32 polo shirts.
