La injuria renal aguda es factor asociado a mortalidad en gestantes con alto riesgo obstétrico, condicionando un riesgo relativo de 5, el mismo que fue significativo (p<0.05). Conclusiones: La Injuria renal aguda es factor asociado a mortalidad en gestantes con alto riesgo obstétrico en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo.

The study population consisted of 112 pregnant women in high-risk obstetrics; who they were divided into 2 groups: with and without acute kidney injury Results: The mortality rate in pregnant women with high-risk obstetrics and acute renal failure was 9 %. The mortality rate in pregnant women with high-risk obstetrics without acute renal failure was 2%. Acute kidney injury is associated with mortality in pregnant women at high obstetrical risk factor, determining a relative risk of 5, it was significant (p < 0.05).
