Se obtuvo como resultado que no existe asociación siendo la Sig. 0,47. Además, se encontró que el personal policial tiene un nivel promedio de actitudes hacia el machismo y de la misma se presenta en la variable de Resolución de conflictos. Por ello, se concluye que a pesar de presentar niveles similares las variables no tienen una relación significativa al menos en la muestra encuestada. La utilidad de los datos hallados es promover a futuros investigadores que analicen otros factores que podrían afectar las actitudes machistas y resolución de conflictos

The type of research is basic, and the design is non-experimental, descriptive-correlational. A sample of 404 police officers was used, employing instruments such as the Machismo Attitudes Scale and the Conflict Resolution Questionnaire. The results showed no association, with a significance value of 0.47. Additionally, it was found that police personnel have an average level of attitudes toward machismo, and the same applies to the variable of conflict resolution. Therefore, it is concluded that although the variables show similar levels, there is no significant relationship between them, at least in the surveyed sample.
