Se consideró Proponer un Hotel Resort Bioclimático 4 Estrellas en Playa Constante, que se basó en el gran potencial turístico de la zona y la demanda de infraestructura hotelera, prestando servicios a usuarios de perfil nacional e internacional. Teniendo como objetivo cubrir con la necesidades básicas y preferencias exigidas por el usuario. Así mismo, para obtener la ubicación optima del proyecto se utilizó el método del ranking en el cual se plantearon tres posibles opciones, teniendo en cuenta los factores bioclimáticos del proyecto como: orientación adecuada del edificio, para aprovechamiento del sol y viento. Es por esto que se planteó un hotel bioclimático que no solo sea confortable térmicamente al usuario, sino que posea bajo consumo energético y por lo tanto respete al medio ambiente. Para lograr un mayor nivel bioclimático, se utilizó material de la zona: bambú (parasoles) y restos de conchas de abanico (decorar y controlar polvo en áreas verdes). Mediante la propuesta de este proyecto se pretende ayudar al crecimiento y consolidación de la ciudad de Sechura.
