El presente trabajo de investigación titulado ""La fundamentación jurídica de la eficacia de la notificación electrónica de los actos administrativos expedidos por la SUNAFIL"", tiene por objetivo analizar la eficacia de la notificación vía casilla electrónica de los actos expedidos por SUNAFIL en los procedimientos administrativos de inspección laboral con la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo durante el año 2023. Esta investigación es de tipo básica, de diseño no experimental y de alcance descriptivo, con una población de los abogados especialistas de la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo. Como técnicas de recolección de datos se hizo uso de entrevista, con la cual se obtuvo como resultado que existe una necesidad de modificar la regulación de notificación vía casilla electrónica de los actos administrativos con el fin de que este tipo de notificación beneficie jurídicamente al administrado y no lo perjudique. Como conclusión se obtuvo que los fundamentos jurídicos que sustentan la eficacia de la notificación vía casilla electrónica de los actos expedidos por SUNAFIL en los procedimientos administrativos de inspección laboral con la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo durante el año 2023, son el principio del debido procedimiento administrativo, derecho a la notificación y derecho a la defensa del administrado; ya que si no se garantiza el cumplimiento de este principio y derechos se estaría afectando negativamente los intereses jurídicos del administrado. |

This is basic research of non-experimental design and descriptive scope, with a population of specialist lawyers of the Human Resources Management of the Provincial Municipality of Trujillo. As data collection techniques, an interview was used, with the result that there is a need to modify the regulation of notification via electronic mailbox of administrative acts so that this type of notification legally benefits and does not harm the administrator.
