description La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal establecer los Parámetros diferenciadores entre los Procesos de Restitución Internacional de Menores con los Procesos de Tenencia, a fin de poder acelerar y brindar el adecuado trámite a los pedidos de Restitución de Menores. Es por ello que para cumplir con el propósito de la investigación, se estudiará de todo lo relacionado al PROCESO DE RESTITUCIÓN DE MENORES y PROCESO DE TENENCIA, lo cual facilitará y ayudará a establecer la diferenciación entre ambos procesos jurídicos, pero siempre salvaguardando el Principio del Interés Superior del Niño, conllevando a ello acelerar el proceso y haciéndose respetar plazos establecidos en las Convenciones que han sido ratificadas con el Perú (Convenio Internacional de la Haya sobre Aspectos Civiles de la Sust5accion y la Convención Interamericana sobre Restitución Internacional).
