En la presente investigación, se desarrolló la implementación de un sistema de información basado en Scrum con PHP y MySQL para la gestión eclesiástica en la Iglesia Evangélica Renuevo. el cual consiste en proponer mejoras en la gestión administrativa, utilizando los sistemas de información como aliados para una toma de decisiones más informada. Para el desarrollo del sistema web, se recopiló la información necesaria del proceso actual. Posteriormente, se identificaron procesos ambiguos y se realizaron mejoras en el proceso actual. Esto resultó en un mapeo de una gestión más eficiente para la iglesia. Para recopilar información, se llevaron a cabo entrevistas con el pastor encargado de la gestión administrativa y se aplicaron encuestas a los miembros líderes. Con los requerimientos recopilados, se procedió a construir el Product Backlog y se dio inicio a su desarrollo. El marco de trabajo empleado para el desarrollo del sistema fue Scrum, dividiéndolo en tres Sprints. El lenguaje de programación utilizado fue PHP y MySQL. Para la implementación del entorno del proyecto, se utilizó GitHub, con cinco ramas distintas, cada una con un propósito específico. Luego de las pruebas e implementación del sistema de información, se implantó el sistema. Para el dominio y configuración de DNS, se utilizaron los servicios de Cloudflare. El despliegue se llevó a cabo en el sitio web CPanel y WHM como hosting. Se realizaron las pruebas correspondientes para contrastar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema de información y se verificó que el sistema funcionó correctamente para todos los involucrados en el proceso de gestión administrativa en la iglesia. |

This system aims to propose improvements in administrative management, using information systems as allies for more informed decision-making. For the development of the web system, necessary information from the current process was collected. Subsequently, ambiguous processes were identified, and improvements were made to the current process. This resulted in a more efficient management structure for the church. To collect information, interviews were conducted with the pastor in charge of administrative management, and surveys were administered to the leading members. With the gathered requirements, the Product Backlog was constructed, and its development began. The framework employed for system development was Scrum, divided into three sprints. The programming language used was PHP and MySQL. For project environment implementation, GitHub was used, with five different branches, each serving a specific purpose. After testing and implementing the information system, it was deployed. Cloudflare services were utilized for domain and DNS configuration. Deployment occurred on the CPanel and WHM website hosting platform. Relevant tests were conducted to verify the proper functioning of the information system.
