Para el desarrollo del estudio, se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación actual del abastecimiento de agua y saneamiento en la zona, considerando el crecimiento poblacional y la demanda hídrica. Se determinó el caudal necesario para el sistema, utilizando herramientas como WaterCAD y Excel para la modelación hidráulica. Además, se diseñó un sistema de biodigestores como alternativa sostenible para el tratamiento de aguas residuales, contribuyendo a la protección del medio ambiente. Los resultados del estudio muestran que la implementación del sistema propuesto es viable tanto técnica como económicamente, permitiendo mejorar las condiciones sanitarias y garantizando un abastecimiento eficiente de agua potable. Se concluye que este proyecto representa una solución sostenible y replicable para comunidades con problemas similares en el acceso a servicios básicos.

The lack of continuous access to drinking water and the absence of an adequate wastewater treatment system have led to health issues and a reduced quality of life for the population. To conduct the study, an assessment of the current water supply and sanitation conditions in the area was carried out, considering population growth and water demand. The required flow rate for the system was determined using WaterCAD and Excel for hydraulic modeling. Additionally, a biodigester system was designed as a sustainable alternative for wastewater treatment, contributing to environmental protection. The results of the study demonstrate that the implementation of the proposed system is both technically and economically feasible, improving sanitary conditions and ensuring an efficient drinking water supply.
