description La presente Monografía, tuvo como objetivo general: determinar la importancia de un adecuado tono muscular en los niños de nivel inicial, y objetivos específicos: identificar las alteraciones del tono muscular y la estimulación que pueden realizar las docentes y familias desde sus capacidades. En ese sentido, mediante información bibliográfica, la misma que se obtuvo por fuentes primarias y secundarias, se llegó a las conclusiones, resaltando que es importante que las familias y docentes tengan conocimiento sobre el tema y puedan actuar de forma pertinente cuando haya sospecha de alguna alteración el tono muscular.
