This research arises from the debate and discussion of one of the central problems of tourism in Peru meet the satisfaction level of tourists visiting major national tourist attractions. This issue has been addressed in recent national and international conferences and tourism in the latest research. Waterfall Ahuashiyacu is not oblivious to this reality and considers that this investigation will supply the need to know the level of satisfaction of visitors to one of the most important tourist attractions of the province of San Martin, as is the attractive waterfall Ahuashiyacu; which currently it is the most important of the province and known by national and international visitors ; importances accordingly revolves around visitors and satisfaction is the result of factors interacting with each other , they give rise to higher or lower levels of satisfaction. Well given the importance of this research it is useful and relevant for academic and vocational training. The research also aims to serve as a basis for other studies, and to arouse interest in researchers to further research on the subject of this investigation. Also, it is given the importance and significance that has the natural resource Waterfalls Ahuashiyacu main attraction and as a first point of the influx in San Martin Region as this directly affects the level of satisfaction of tourists who visit
