In our half national, regional and local he is not precisely these characteristics what distinguishes to our organizations, this reality impelled to scrutinize which our curiosity status becomes of the social connections in this space student and if it has to do with it in the academic aftermaths 1 have a meal principal social requirement urgent for the time being. Five - years old institutional centered investigation himself in the group educational of the initial level of Rioja's district, turning to three institutions for his principal representativeness in arder to verify the bond among two related variables to the achievements in the learning. These two qualitative variables: the environmental problems's knowledge and the ecological thought positive as two macro links necessary abilities in arder to the formation echo the students's ambientalista. The harmonious get-together's grupal configures a learning conception himself On the basis of a theoretic trame that the institutional climate in his characteristics, components and fundamental functions inside the organization describes student on the basis of, than teaching becomes one of the process's axes in the schoollearning that a quality final product that reflects in the academic performance of the boys and girls in the initial- education level in Rioja's district determines. Our objective attended to know the possible association among the instítutional clímate and the boys and girls's academic performance institutional educational of the initial leve! of Rioja's district turning to 240 boys and girls as members of the first block poblacional 20 teachers as members of the second block poblacional.
