This thesis entitled “STRENGTHENING IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF RECORDS AND RELEASE OF DOCUMENTS IN THE AREA OF OPERATIONS NSP COURIER COMPANY SAC" aims to optimize overall control process releases the records and documents in the area of NSP business operations COURIER SAC. Likewise as formulation includes specific objectives through analysis, recommendations for improving the process control documents, designing the control system for the recording and release process automation. In the development of the thesis used different methodologies. For information gathering techniques were observation and interviews, surveys, for the analysis and design was used object-oriented methodology, considering UML diagrams, Unified Process for prototyping language was used VISUAL BASIC 6.0 programming with database manager SQL SERVER 2000, each of these tools were taken in order to meet the expectations that the Company requires NSP COURIER SAC. Having the need to improve current management and discharge control record in the company NSP COURIER SAC, and therefore to obtain reliable and timely information for decision-making right through Information System, this report is aimed at engineering optimized through the implementation of a documentary for records management and release of documents in the area of company operations in COURIER NSP SAC.
