Sumario:This research seeks to establish e-commerce models for exploiting market opportunities (traditional product sales) and they were evaluated on the main actors are the producers of the town of Lamas. On the technology side has been evaluated and implemented a content management system called "PrestaShop". Also, this study aims to encourage artisanal producers to start a business venture on the Internet through e-commerce, this is a continuously growing space, so that through this project is to ensure that e-commerce is as quickly and inexpensively, to get a great expansion in the global market to ensure increased profitability while maintaining the quality of products. It is important to understand the potential of the Internet as a communication mean and try this business model based on a fundamental review of strategy, business planning, use of Web software technology to offer products to the whole world through a virtual store; definitely a difference from other tools and media, is its ability to measure the efficiency of business decisions that have been developed to improve the production, promotion, and customer relationships.
