Research is applied and it has been conducted at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Universidad Nacional de San Martín, developing the project in the province of Mariscal Cáceres, this work has been developed by applying the field theories and standards existing topography, mechanics of soils, hydrology, environmental impact and road drainage, concrete and other related , and which have allowed to have the final draft of the road section already named. The results obtained demonstrate clearly that it is possible to achieve the correct application of the theories, studies and results...El presente trabajo de Tesis para optar el Título Profesional de Ingeniero Civil, se ha desarrollado con la finalidad de efectuar un aporte técnico-científico para contribuir a resolver un problema de vialidad local, que al ser ejecutado permitirá contar con un tramo carretero que coadyuvará al desarrollo socioeconómico de la población beneficiada. La investigación es de tipo aplicada y se ha llevado a cabo en la Facultad de Ingeniería Civil, de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín, desarrollando el proyecto en la Provincia de Mariscal Cáceres, Este trabajo se ha desarrollado aplicando sobre el terreno las teorías y normas existentes de topografía, mecánica de suelos, impacto ambiental, hidrología, drenaje vial, concretos y otros afines, y que han permitido contar con el Proyecto definitivo del tramo carretero ya nombrado. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian a todas luces que es posible lograr, a partir de la correcta aplicación de las teorías, estudios y resultados alternativos, contundentes que luego del análisis mesurado pueden ser presentados en forma de proyecto definitivo, evaluando su factibilidad en todo su contexto, optimizando su vialidad.
