Material y Método: Se llevó a cabo un estudio de tipo analítico con el propósito de investigar la asociación entre las muertes por envenenamiento y las lesiones a nivel cerebral y del páncreas. Este estudio adoptó un enfoque retrospectivo, ya que se recopilaron datos de los informes de necropsia y los dictámenes periciales de anatomía patológica de individuos fallecidos por envenenamiento en la Morgue Central de Lima durante el año 2023. Hipótesis: La muerte por envenenamiento es un factor asociado a lesiones cerebrales y pancreáticas, en la Morgue Central de Lima en el año 2023.
