description La presente tesis se realizó en la municipalidad distrital de Cotaruse, Provincia Aymares, Departamento Apurímac, tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de relación entre la gestión municipal y la calidad del servicios públicos en la municipalidad Distrital de Cotaruse, año 2019, de acuerdo a una observación de la realidad se formuló el problema general de investigación ¿Cuál es el nivel de relación entre la gestión municipal y calidad del servicio público en la Municipalidad Distrital de Cotaruse, año 2019?. El diseño metodológico la presente investigación es descriptiva correlacional. La muestra está constituida por 69 pobladores de las 9 comunidades del Distrito de Cotaruse y 36 trabajadores de la municipalidad Distrital de Cotaruse, a los cuales se le aplicaron encuestas, para ser procesadas y tabuladas, mediante el programa Spss y el coeficiente de Spearman, obteniendo resultados que se presentan en tablas y gráficos con datos, porcentajes lo que permitió la interpretación y conclusión de la investigación. Finalmente se demostró la validez de la hipótesis que se planteó que existe una relación directa entre gestión municipal y calidad del servicio público en la Municipalidad Distrital de Cotaruse, año 2019, de la que se deduce que una buena gestión municipal brinda una calidad de servicios a los pobladores o que el distrito cuente con calidad de servicio públicos fruto de una buena gestión municipal.
