Objetivo general: Determinar la manera cómo se presenta la seguridad jurídica del registro predial frente a la inexactitud del título archivado, IX Zona Registral, Lima 2022, Metodología: Investigación de tipo aplicada, de nivel explicativo, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y corte transversal, que contó con una muestra de 81 profesionales, Resultados: En la tabla 13 y figura 10 se aprecia que, cuando se preguntó si creían que, la seguridad jurídica del registro predial se ve afectado frente a la inexactitud del título archivado, a lo que un 90% dijeron que así lo conciben, un 5% probablemente y un 5% no respondió, Conclusiones: la seguridad jurídica del registro predial se ve afectado frente a la inexactitud del título archivado, IX Zona Registral, Lima 2022, porque en la adquisición de bienes solo se revisa la copia literal.
