After the analysis performed physicochemical quality concluded that lots A and B meet the specifications of description, loss on drying, breaking strength, average weight and disintegration, established in USP 38

After the analysis performed physicochemical quality concluded that lots A and B meet the specifications of description, loss on drying, breaking strength, average weight and disintegration, established in USP 38El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar la calidad fisicoquímica de las tabletas de Naproxeno Sódico de 550 mg comercializadas en el mercado nacional a través de sus parámetros fisicoquímicos como descripción, pérdida por secado, fuerza de ruptura, peso promedio y desintegración. Para ello se basó en el desarrollo de la técnica analítica de producto en proceso de un laboratorio nacional identificada con código interno (CC.EMPP-P.15), así como del cumplimiento de su especificación técnica de producto terminado de Naproxeno sódico de 550 mg tabletas recubiertas con código interno (CC.EMPT-P.15); la cual está basada a su vez en la monografía oficial de la USP 38.
