Sumario:In this cross-sectional investigation, the objective was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of biosafety measures and their application, which was carried out at the Ciudad de Dios Health Center - Pacasmayo, 2022. The methodology used extracted, it was of correlational design, with a quantitative approach, where the instrument was the questionnaire and the checklist, applying a total of 27 people who constitute the total of the assistance personnel. For the statistical analysis, the SPSS v.25 statistical program was extracted and the descriptive and inferential results that responded to the study objectives were obtained. Among its results, there was a high level of 59% for the level of knowledge of biosafety measures and for the application of biosafety measures there was a regular level of 67%; In addition, in the inferential analysis, a X2 = 0.003 and a Tau – b Kendall = 0.514** with a p value = 0.006 < 0.05 were found; For this reason, Ha is accepted, that is, if there is a moderate relationship between both study variables.
