The sample population consisted of 51 people among doctors, nurses and nursing technicians who met the established inclusion criteria. The information was obtained through the instruments: Assessment of working conditions and for job satisfaction the Font Roja Questionnaire which are valid and validated. The results obtained were tabulated and presented in simple and double entry statistical tables. The information obtained was processed using the statistical program IBM, SPSS STATISTIC 23. From the results it is concluded that there are acceptable work conditions, the same ones that have a significant relationship with the average level of job satisfaction

Se realizó con el personal de salud del centro quirúrgico durante los meses de enero y febrero de 2016, cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación que existe entre las condiciones de trabajo y el nivel de satisfacción laboral. La población – muestral estuvo constituida por 51 personas entre médicos, enfermeras y técnicos en enfermería que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión establecidos. La información se obtuvo a través de los instrumentos: Evaluación de condiciones de trabajo y para la satisfacción laboral el Cuestionario Font Roja los cuales son válidos y convalidados. Los resultados obtenidos fueron tabulados y presentados en cuadros estadísticos simples y de doble entrada. La información obtenida fue procesada utilizando el programa estadístico IBM, SPSS STATISTIC 23.
