Sumario: | Records as sources of information allows us to be aware of our past, understand our present and anticipate the future, which is why the registration update staff has always been important over the years. In public and private institutions is necessary to have an updated record of staff, as is the one in charge of protecting the documents of each employee of the institution in one room, so that when you need it to be there on hand also it improves the allocation of administrative functions of the district municipality workers Moche. This research project has aimed sustaining how update personnel records will improve the allocation of functions in the administrative part of the district municipality of Moche. To get the results one to two surveys the managerial positions and other operating charges to the first with a sample of 6 heads and the second with a sample of 44 was applied to operational positions; also were surveyed chief of staff, which yielded significant results, emerging as a result, the failure to update personnel records in the municipality and the lack of information when assigning functions in the Admin. The objectives of the research have been achieved to the satisfaction and the hypothesis has been proven; thereby allowing said that the research project was developed in the best way. The report ends with conclusions and recommendations to the District Municipality of Moche, for the successful implementation of these recommendations were drafted, involves the commitment of head of human resources, responsible for keeping updated records of each employee, so you can provide updated information when assigning functions or take different decisions. |
