Sumario:The purpose of this research is to determine the concentrations in serum of Bilirrubina Total and divided in volunteers belonging to the Adventist Church of the district La Trujillo In July, 2012, this work was realized whit 82 volunteers of both sexes and with ages between 18-70 years, to which it informed them it about the study realized signing an informed consent and then was applied a test. The population in study presented 67 % of normal values and 33 % of high values for BilirrubinaDirecta, 66 % of normal values and 34 % of high values for Bilirrubina Total. Was evaluated statistically by chi whit a statistical significancia (value p <0.05) with the information of gender and age, the obtained results were: the gender is a factor that does not influence the serum levels of Bilirrubina Total and divided, while the age does influence . Concluding that a great percentage of the population does not present risk of having diseases hepatic since because the results the major proportion they are inside the normal levels
