Descripción
Sumario:The main objective is to make a diagnosis of the quality of soil in the area of influence of the La Oroya Metallurgical Complex (CMLO), determining the degree of contamination over time with corresponding quarterly monitoring data for the years 2008 - 2013 and analyzes in February 2014 on the affected area contrasted with the Environmental Quality Standards For Soil DS No. 002-2013-MINAM.Sampling was conducted according to the Soil Sampling Guide Environment Ministry, was founded contaminated areas with lead, arsenic, cadmium, which are significant metals because of the major problems due to particulate emissions produced by fireplaces. The concentrations of hydrocarbon fractions F1, F2 and F3 samples analyzed, is below the value set in the Environmental Quality Standards For Soil, this would evidence that the soil is not affected by oil due to anthropogenic activities in this area. Values of TPF-04 , TPF-05, TPF-07, TPF-07A, TPF-13, TPF-16 and TPF-17stations, tend to be lower in sub-surface area to As, Pb, Cd, Ba and Hg; while values in the TPF-11 and TPF-12 stations to metals of As, Pb, Cd, Ba and Hg in the sub-surface region are greater than the surface area, keep in mind that these stations are closest to the source of emission of these particles. The TPF-16 Station has the lowest values of all points discussed, this station is located in the upper part of the relief surrounding the CMLO and southeast of the source of emissions of these particles. From analysis for PSOA 08, PSPAC 14, PSCASA 15, PSMAR 19, PSPTUPAC 20 and PSHUAY 24 stations, it was observed that PSOA 08 station has the highest values of Pb, As and Cd in surface area, this should be because this point is in the area of direct influence; and PSCASA 15 station has lower values in surface area for being far from the CMLO. PSHINCA 10 is the station with the highest concentration of As, Pb and Cd this because the particles carried through the air settle in the geographical area that stands as a kind of wall, and the wind direction is directed from the northeast dragging stack emissions and reaching PSHINCA 10 wherein the wind redirects by the geographic area. Other stations also have greater value As, Pb and Cd are PSOA 08, PSOA 05, PSPORV 11 and PSGOLF 12.
